Here at Summer Breeze Haven, we advocate for our residents, making sure that they are seen for important appointments in a timely manner. We work with their physicians to ensure that their orders are clearly understood and followed out. Staff members help the residents to know the times and dosages of each medication . In addition, medications are checked as they arrive from the pharmacy for accuracy in dosage, strength, and times of day to be given to be sure they are labelled appropriately. Our staff are trained to monitor residents for changes that may indicate a decline in condition. With a high staff to resident ratio, we are able to know each resident indivually and can quickly spot changes that may require the attention of a physician.
